IMHO
considering the fact that GDGI is MAXed, & there is no working capital left,
and Greene Concepts(LKEN) needs seling platform to sell their flagship product, FreeInk4Life™ as part of the 750 count product list;
merger is the best solution for both co's.
both have the same O/S and float and tradING @ the same level...
there are more to think about: INK-X.COM...POWERED BY DEAL-X @ Joint Ventures Page???
