The management and board look terrific. Charitably said, if you google the primary angel funding the company, he has a questionable history. After all this time I haven't figured him out yet.

I've followed the company since November 2013. It's been run legitimately.

I only got a partial fill today.


They have lots of patents. The only competitors are (1) in the USA, England and Israel each.

It's brand new revolutionary technology if they're not blowing smoke up everyone's ass.

There are ZERO revenues.

Commercialization according to the company is still 28 months away.

That's a big disconnect with what they revealed in the PR today. To me it sounds as if a real estate management company wanted to evaluate their ROI on a retrofit, the bar to entry was lowered by a lot.
