I really don't think it would be more than a temporary disruption to the PPS if someone with a bunch of cheapies were to put them on the ask with a GTC order at, say, 4c.
Of course, if that person were to feel that IDLM shares will soon be trading substantially higher than 4c, then they should by all means continue to hold. I'm just saying that if the holder of the cheapies is looking to sell, then there is no need to wait until bids come up.
