Anyone ever see an 8 K from Exobox announcing the new Vice President?

How about an 8 K announcing a new class of stock that is non dilutable?

The first PMK that Exobox produced for deposition was touted as the new Vice President.
That type of change in management should have been accompanied by an 8 K.

Then there is that little matter of the jack creating and issuing himself and Alex Hall a new class of non dilutable stock to be issued AFTER the handover of the company to Shaun Irvine.

I don't remember seeing a shareholder vote on creating a new issuance of stock from the jack.
