The financials say nothing but - STAY AWAY.

Managements' history says - STAY AWAY.

Managements' self-serving awards of shares to themselves and accrued salaries for a non-performing company says - STAY AWAY.

Management history in living up to their PR says -STAY AWAY.

The balance sheet says - STAY AWAY.

GCEI happens to be in a 'sexy' market which is meaningful. But there is nothing that demonstrates that management has any abilities or history to run a company.
