Care to give some insight on charting?

What's the difference in what the chart looked like in April to what it is now? Looking at a yearly chart, so maybe that's not good in itself, but does it not show a down trend? Maybe you can't really isolate the two when you figure any news that's made some noise, or the MASSIVE purchase at the end a few days ago.

Not claiming to know what I'm doing, just more of an observation? I have a problem with buying on speculation but not exiting very well and would like to get that figured out!

Anyone else, feel free to comment as well on my thoughts.
