That's exactly right and that's why JAMN will never be bought out. They don't own the Marley Coffee name and the license doesn't seem to be worth much. The Marley Coffee shops aren't owned by JAMN even though the JAMN license is supposed to be exclusive. It's renewable but it's revocable if the Marley family feels that JAMN isn't worth of using the name (I'm not going to waste time looking up the exact wording).

The stock is overpriced as it is; the company is 4 months behind in their payables; they just took on debt that they can't afford; there is no reason that anyone else would buy them.
