JAMN already secured financing. It was all detailed in the report. If they hadn't secured the financing, they'd be in some big trouble since as of July 31st they only had $50K in cash but owed over $3 million in Accounts Payable.
The price hasn't rocketed up because nothing else has changed. Sales are pretty flat, sales in South Korea are half of what they were in the prior quarter and I don't think people have faith in Eco cups as a game changer.
