Laguna Blends is a hemp-based nutritional product, and network marketing company that will utilize their well established distribution base throughout North America.

Their two initial  products are a hemp-coffee beverage (contains both whey and hemp protein), and a hemp-protein pack that can be added to cold beverages, and comes in four flavors.

A sound Multi Level Marketing concept (MLM) works best if the distributor absolutely believes in the product and consumes it daily.

When a distributor endorses the products with personal testimonials from family and friends, the ability to attract new customers grows exponentially.

Normally, a junior startup, like Laguna, is lucky to have between 500 to 1000 shareholders in the first year.

How many shareholders would a junior public company have if several thousand hemp-based health product distributors around North America were promoting Laguna protein coffee, for example, and perhaps buying shares with a percentage of their monthly commissions?

Every distributor, that decides to become a stock holder, would share the overall wealth rather than an elite few at the top, which is typical with many private MLM companies.

Some of the top MLM distributors make between $1 million to as much as $15 million. The real big money goes to the private owners who sometimes generate multiples of that amount. Plus, it is not unusual to see 5 to 10 percent growth per year in this exploding industry.

With Laguna, the profits benefit all distributors that decide to become shareholders, as the company builds value.

With Evander Holyfield endorsing Zija, and Greg Norman endorsing Organo Gold, MLM's have become a lot more respectable in the last few years. The statistics are impressive, as you will see.

After observing Herbalife (HLF- NYSE) over the last 2 years, and knowing that it went from a low of $6.06 in 2009 to a high of $83.51 in 2014 - the public trading, nutritional product distribution model has proven to be extremely lucrative for shareholders and distributors.

HLF reached a low of  $27.60 on January 07 and closed at $56.57 on September 22. Icahn and Soros' 19 million shares are worth $1.074 Billion today. Market Cap: $5.23 Billion

Healthy Boomers

The boomers are entering middle age kicking and screaming. They are watching their diets, exercising more, and beginning to look seriously at natural/alternative and preventative healthcare.

With the 90 million baby boomers in the US (and Canada) trillion dollar plus annual income slowly dwindling - this is actually very good news for those actively involved in the home based healthcare distribution market.

Simultaneously, the entire MLM industry is poised for explosive growth and can be one of the most significant solutions to America’s current retirement savings crisis.

AARP’s estimate that half of all baby boomers are interested in starting a business, and the makings of a massive trend are in place.

While estimations vary, the Diet, Nutrition and Personal Care industries are expected to generate well over $100 Billion by the end of the decade.

Specifically, the global market for sports nutrition and high energy supplements are projected to approach $40.8 billion in 2015 and reach close to $66.0 billion by 2020.

Sports and energy drinks should reach nearly $28.6 billion in 2015 and approximately $46.8 billion by the end of the decade.

It's important to point out that the Top 10 US based MLM's have over 20 million distributors.

Chris Parry on Laguna Blends:

"I do a protein shake in the morning, then a coffee. If I can combine the two, big win, and with the Laguna product you can do exactly that."
