The ONLY place it says they are looking for alternate property is in the local paper and you cannot read the article online unless you subscribe. The Tallahassee democrat gave the address as 3400 Foley Rd which is the address Bionitrogen planned to build. I really DON'T trust the Perry papers which is where they said "Bionitrogen agreed to search for alternate property". That's why I say I'm not even sure Bionitrogen realizes what's going on. The Perry city government has been corrupt many times in the past....wouldn't be surprised if they're being corrupt again.
