The GCDx Amendment probably adds a Business Phone.

Sorry, boys, but GCDx is not going to announce your blockbuster Reverse Creeping Triangular Creative Backdoor Merger in an amendment to their Annual Report.

The 2015 Annual Report is identical to the 2014 Annual Report (how hard could it be to file THAT on time?) except they omitted the Business Phone number in 2015. How funny would that be if the Amendment is just to correct this omission?

Interesting.... GCDx has 100 million A/S and they've issued 17.1 million shares, and Gartner owns at least 20% of those -- same as last year's report. Couldn't find any new investors in the past fiscal year? Oh, fudge.
