RE: NEWS.

I think that IHUB has their own news feed that companies have to pay IHUB extra to get news posted on IHUB. If that is the case, I would guess PRSN is going for some extra exposure. The original news was September 15 though. IHUB uses the date submitted to them, not the original news date.
