Hello fellow armanino owners.

To the previous posts about the major selling back in August.... I agree, this probably wasn't a retail sale. But I also HIGHLY doubt it was any institutional holder.. definitely NOT Stephen Dodson at bretton fund.

My guess is it was Nichols. He has owned a massive portion of the company for a while and it seems to me he sells large blocks periodically when he feels the company is fairly valued.

just wanted to throw my two cents in on that having not checked back here for a while. After catching all that grief for saying load the boat!! (haha jk 31)

but yes, agree with Amigo. Armanino is STEADY AS SHE GOES. At this price, the company is more than fairly valued. The organic growth this company continues to produces year after year is absurd.

Still the only stock I own. Management is so consistent and always does whats in the best interest for the business.

Its quite funny how we (myself included) can be even a little bit disappointed with only a 5% divi increase. But I have 100% in ed pera... he will distribute us the cash when he has leftover after reinvestment and he's super comfortable its sustainable.

The business can definitely support a special divi before the end of the year which would be nice... but as long as we keep this trajectory you won't hear any complaining out of me... even if the stock lags a bit. I think we have gotten spoiled!

best of luck to all
