Folks please be aware. The Judge has already said there will be a settlement coming. This is a win win situation. All the negative post by a few is just to scare stockholders into selling their shares. Please hold your ground and don't get frustrated into selling. It takes our courts a long time to deal with lawyers and their scrupulous maneuvers. Here is the post about the settlement. I'm sure after this post MF will post a yearly loss sheet as well which doesn't show actual cash flow during these loses.

Judge Pantle granted CirTran and its Play Beverages partners’ motion to compel Jimmy Esebag and United Licensing Group to respond to discovery requests and deposition questions, finding that Mr. Esebag and Playboy’s legal counsel engaged in obstructionist conduct by refusing to produce relevant evidence and testimony. Judge Pantel also reserved on awarding fees and sanctions against Mr. Esebag and Playboy for a later date.
