Via Vires Group President = Kurt Kramer = toxic financier.
If you don't know who Kurt Kramer is, google him. He was the head of Asher, Aka "CrAsher", and has been in trouble with the SEC.
This is most likely a convertible note.
I'm long on BFRE and all, but I would advise everyone to be cautious here. If BFRE does not release any meaningful news that would absorb these notes, unfortunately, Kurt is going to dump this down into the trips. Anyone looking to buy should get in lower... 40%+ lower.
