READ- why by Friday this will be over $0.25.
You are looking at the new low now at 0.07 area

1) They had 29.8M warrants on Aug 12 with 182M OS
2) They expect the OS to be around 363 by market close today (not at mkt open)
3) That means they converted 19M warrants between Aug 12th and Sept 20th with less than 180M shares
4) The rate of convesrion would be much higher as the pps has gone up
5) so they will need less than 90M shares to convert the remaining 10.8M warrants
6) Looks like a lot of that convesrion is happening today
7) They said they expect the OS to be 363M by mkt close today not at mkt open
8) meaning they know how much will be converted today
9) expect an update tomorrow with may be 2-3-4M warrants remaining
10) all convesrion should be done ina day or two max
11)once they announce that conversion is over this is off to races
12) by that time the oS would be less than 450M shares
13) if this was a private company it would be valued around $600m-$800M
14) so this will spike big time in the next 2-3 days
15) My gut says they will finish the conversion today
