ATVI was given the opportunity to license WDDD's patents; treble

damages are on the line. Keep that in mind and it is clear that harm is being done to Inventors when bullies can 'choose' which patents they will recognize. So, I can't agree with your take.

Strategy is up to the those footing the legal bill at WDDD which is Susman so keep an eye on what happens.
