well hello there Rope. I know for a fact that GTL wanted to buy ALL of gpsi but Ron wanted to wait on the municipal side due them being very close to signing more huge contracts in California that will instantly make the company much much much more valuable. I just wish I knew why Ron was being so tight lipped about everything. Better than being a pump and dump ceo I guess, unless you're just a flipper wanting action.
