Scotia Howard Weil upgrades CVEO to Sector Outperform from Sector Perform and sets target price at $5 noting as their investment selection criteria leans more toward screening for unique stories that also maintain positive near and intermediate cash flow characteristics, co is one name that grades out very well. With a majority of the operational headwinds well known and documented firm has a lower level of concern about major "shoes to drop" over the coming year and believes there are incremental opportunity sets that may arise over 2H16 that are not exclusively dependent on oil/met coal prices. Mgmt has done an exceptional job in removing both cost from the field level as well as from the maintenance CAPEX level leading co to have the highest est'd FCF yield in 2016 of any of our OFS coverage universe cos, increasing their confidence in the "survivability" of the stock.
