Dave & Busters (NASDAQ:PLAY) has filed to let existing holders sell 6M shares through a public offering. Shares have fallen to $40.76 after hours.

The offering stands to cover nearly 15% of outstanding shares. P-E firm Oak Hill Capital still has a 40%+ stake.
