I am a Bankruptcy Attorney here in Florida when i read this:

READ IMPORTANT - All this refers to is company holders or subsidiary holders meaning people related to the company through business venture. In addition they already halted all of their shares when they used the ticker ZQK now we are under ZQKSQ (the new shares). I have been working in bankruptcy for 15 years and when i saw how people interpreted the message i spent a good minute laughing, but i also thought i would take a second to ease some of your worries. A matter of fact if you look at CNN Moneys report from today it has a 1 years target of $1.25 - $2.00. go check it out.
