They paid Frank Itak 12m shares to develop the last one as part of his promoter duties, but he's in hiding at the moment. Maybe they can get Louie Kneitz to fill in, already on the payroll, claims know everything, head clown, seudo lead attorney for Treaty (in his mind anyway),and records keeper/historian.
