ELRA...FOOLED? What do you need ...1000% increase? Because that's what it is. These off share casinos hide revenue from their governments. Because of that, they are having probems doing 'cash outs' because the governmment does not realize how many USD are comming in and don't like to see so many going out.
ELRA has their vaults stuffed with dollars and will continue to grow. I am wait for a 'cash out' from one in CostaRica for 3 months. Their government will only allow so many American dollars to leave their country each week. That, I am sad to say stops a lot pf players from playing more with them....adding to the problem. Pay up quick, and we will keep playing and losing quicker. IRS know from my experience in Vegas, whatever 1099 wins you have (other than one of those million ones) you lost 110% min to get than win. I washed almost a 100k of 1099's from Vegas by getting a print out from my deposits and AtM withdrawls.
