The problem with Jim's patents....
They were all assigned to the companies he was working for. All but one of Jim's patents were assigned to his former employers.

I don't find any patents assigned to either Alternative Fuel Technologies or Alternative Fuel Technology. Jim may have been paid bonuses or royalties for his prior patents, but they don't mean squat to AFT shareholders.

Assignment and ownership: Persons or businesses can acquire an ownership interest in a patent application by assignment from the inventor. The inventor granting the assignment is an assignor. The person or business receiving the assignment is the assignee.
