I think we all need to wait and see what direction the new management intends to take with this company. With regard to only being able to exercise one share initially etc they did state this as their intentions. However, the basis for these shares was to allow original investors to recoup their investments which have been diluted to basically nothing. Therefore, to allow a recoup then all shares must be recognized. If not then all investors, whether they be big or small, would be monolithic in exercise which was clearly not their stated objective in issuing these shares.

The company, in my opinion, must come to some sort of agreement with shareholders prior to moving forward so as to not to do alot of work for shareholders that will basically control the company.
