Wymont - a shareholders deficit is expected, as this is a developmentstage company with no revenues. If they do go the route of a private placement, which i suspect, there will most likely be dilution. You will see in the subsequent events footnote that they awarded i believe 60 million shares to Snaper to payback shareholder loan. I don't believe this affects the float though, as he is a director, correct?

Anyone know why the 10k hasn't showed up on the ctdt ihub page? I suspect the company will start releasing news soon. Go CTDT!
