I provided to the Texas Securities Board Skype logs and emails showing that Pollock & Company was behind the GESI PPM. Pollocks phone number is even listed in the PPM. He orchestrated the promo's, he paid Muscleshoals in shares. Heck, even the filings for GESI listed on the OTC show that they were created by Real Time Interest. I demanded a copy of my GESI PPM as signed by the Company and to date no one has provided me this detail. By law, this detail must be kept on file. Craig Huffman (GESI Attorney) told me that he did not have them, but they most likely resided with the Pollocks in Houston. Gordon McKay/Mackay told me that he did not have the paperwork but that he was trying to get the person who did to admit to it and hand it over.

To my knowledge, the Texas Securities Board has done nothing and they probably will not. I have heard that they tend to pursue more high profile matters.

Thus, people will continued to be scammed.
