You want a seat to watch your favorite team play. Tickets are hard to come by, so you buy one from a scalper. You walk to your designated seat and someone is already sitting there. He shows you his ticket and you show him yours. You look at them and realise you've been had: your ticket is a counterfeit.
So, now you have a choice: a) Go to the team's management and demand a new ticket for the game, because, after all, you're a "ticket holder"; or b) go after the scalper, demanding a legitimate ticket for the next game, even if that means taking him to court. Which is the more intelligent move?
