With LPTN maybe we should change the old adage to "buy on news, sell before news"?

The institutions are mostly out, any retail seller is almost certainly taking a loss and at a considerable discount to cash, so who is selling on this positive news?

MANAGEMENT again??? Suely they've removed their dunce cap? This pos is in dire need of some Form 4 buys.
