I have NO idea how long it can drag on, I would have thought it would have gone away some time ago. They still haven't publicly demonstrated a viable engine and, given the court decisions, I am not sure how they can raise further capital without the assets being awarded to the creditors. I am assuming there is some nicety in the UCC that I am unaware of.
