course they can always sue and try to get a Judgement by claiming they are entitled to repayment under "contract law". I wonder if Allan would take the stand, and if he did take the stand would he plead the fifth?
And that goes for the rest of the parasites that loaned money to DKTS.
BTW....did the attorney ever tell you why the settlement made DKTS Rule 144 ineligible?
Something is Phishy about that claim. But I don't think the players at ISBG give a rat's azz about the debt holders here. But they sure are having a "TWEET" time with the brands.....eh?
But if the attorney explains it, I'd be grateful if you'd share the explanation. It's cool if you don't.
BTW....if I was owed $90K, Team Autry would have my ear. I guaran-dam-tee that.
And if I was part of a group that was owed $360K.....
Katie Bar the Door.....Giddy up!
I wonder why they haven't stood up for shareholders? Why is it they just seem concerned about their notes?
Isn't there just one more JUNK YARD DAWG out there that cares about the corporation, and not their own consideration?
It's okay. I know the answer.
Sorry for the rant........
