It is obvious SCY trades for a tiny fraction of its intrinsic value. Whether it is measured as ~.1 NPV or by its high IRR or deposit potential it is obviously undervalued and is a unique opportunity. It is impossible to say exactly what the company should be worth but it is definitely in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
