get my 50MM options, but as I am sure you are aware I walk away from that agreement and would NOT accept any consideration for anything pre-WOPR. I realize you think I earned them and all, but the vision cast was not what ultimately happened with TEMN, so I walked away and have no regrets. Nor do I have any regrets about going to Tampa.

I realize lenders who failed to hold management and others to account UNTIL THEY COULDN'T convert their debt find that thought amusing as they are blinded by greed and think everyone thinks like they do, but that isn't the case.

That said, I have no idea how far "into the books of DKTS" an audit of ISBG would go, if any.

Regardless, this seems familiar. Lenders trying to make a play on DKTS and telling people an audit is coming and the ticker will regain Rule 144 eligibility, and "Tweet Jeff" has our backs, New York City here we come......blah blah blah.
