This is the scoop: cyclical incompetence. Now, it's this birdbrain's turn. Even if "in the know" are buying this penny stock, the history of this company is repetitive yanking of the chain. Since the last few years, there were a whole bunch of false reports that cranked and tanked when they didn't come true. If you have URBF stock, imho sit on it, and if it rises to a recoverable level for you, get the heck out!
