First, I am envious that you got into this company only a year ago, because that has to mean your average pps must be on the relatively low side. I've been in longer and I'm sure I have a higher break-even point than you do. ;^)

You have a much better grasp of short selling than I do. When I spoke to Bill James at Benchmark, phone [phone], it seemed to me he was saying pretty much what you are saying. He mentioned that there were a couple of brokers by name who were doing large blocks of such selling. I would be interested in hearing what you might have to say after you spoke with him. I think you would understand his points better than I did.

I think he mentioned the 10 cents price point, which would track with your mention of that level. Benchmark, though, as you say, believes a strong production number is the way to get past the short sellers. Until then, it is difficult to protect the price so you might as well buy up the bargain shares when offered.
