I saw your message of 9/4 and received the information in today's mail about the paltry settlement of the FPFX litigation from the fellow investor I had mentioned. I checked my brokerage account and found the same thing as you did in a very small deposit. What I don't know is what this check represents? Is this the monies that dimwit Obergfell was holding that once amounted to some $40 million? If so, his $60,000/month fee to oversee the accounts along with fees to several of those 200 lawyer firms has cleaned our clocks, for sure. But honestly, I don't know if the check is settlement for the Davis suit, the Obergfell held accounts, or whatever.
Also, I don't think this check has anything to do with what might come of the RICO prosecutions of Scarfo and Puello, if anything, so I suppose we just let our shares float in our accounts until we receive other payments or arrive at old-age death.
