I like your back of the envelope numbers but I think your 85k in monthly expenses is too HIGH. I too was at last yrs shareholder meeting and I believe that the 80k that was mentioned included 20-25k/mo in United Milling expenses for the rent, workers, and utility bills. From a previous URHG post I believe that they are now positive, not 20-25k negative. Add to that they have reduced the management positions by 1( eliminating Robert Kilroy's position) which had to be about 8-9k mo and I am thinking the monthly expenses for URHG are probably running 35-40k/mo not 80-85k/mo. So with your income numbers, which I am in agreement with... I think URHG is probably close to break even and might be profitable by the end of the month if all goes well.
