Does anyone know the total number of shares Pickens owns?

Other reports that I've heard and read have been saying we have more NatGas than we need. In other words the price is expected to drop by a lot. One estimate, sorry no link, expects a 30% price drop.
GS is expecting similar price drop in oil. Could this be the reason Pickens is lighting up on his position?
