VCMP delisting itself next week:

"DJ VCampus Requests Delisting From Nasdaq Capital Market

WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--VCampus Corp. (VCMP) said Wednesday that it has requested a delisting of its shares from the Nasdaq Capital Market.

According to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the company asked that its shares be delisted from the Nasdaq Capital Market, which was renamed from Nasdaq SmallCap Market last September, be effective as of June 29.

VCampus said it expects its shares will instead begin to be listed on the Nasdaq OTC Bulletin Board.

The company announced in an April press release that it had received a Nasdaq staff determination letter because it had failed to regain the market's $1 minimum bid price requirement and was subject to delisting because of the noncompliance.

Shares of the Reston, Va.-based e-learning services company closed at 40 cents, down 5 cents from Tuesday's closing price.
