Meanwhile Montgomery and art robins are tryin ta develop the Powerski. The two morons had a fallin out and Robins hooked up with Owen and Goldenberg. Nova was goin under and Owen got so dirty even Goldenberg dumped his ass. At least to the publics view. Share game.
Robins knew the Powerski had a sht engine that didn't work. All piston engines were too big and heavy. So Robins contacted the Rotary guys, Cooper and Webber to put a deal together and develop the small rotary. An engine I had examined in the 90's at Curtiss Wright. I believe it was Webber who owned that technology and still does from what I hear. In any case Robins cut a deal with cooper and Webber and he told me all about it. Claimed they were goona get all the development funds needed from NIR (chuckle).
Robins then tried ta sell the technology (rotary) to his China buddies brought in by some friend of his from Chicago. I can find his name if ya want but it aint that important. At this point Robins, Goldenbergs new proxy, ran ECMH. They had paid Cooper and Webber zilch for the technology. I was talkin with both Robins and webber at the time. Webber was pissed. Cooper was in West Palm workin on engine development as agreed. I never talked with him but Webber said he was 100% legit and honest. Robins was in friggin la la land and literally gave up control cause the friggin dude couldn't add up his shares owned. Webber and Cooper then booted Robins and had control. ECMH paid them in shares in lieu of cash owed. That equaled majority control for them.
That was in 2007 and Webber became CEO. He found out what NIR was about real quick and that NIR was certain to fail and fail fast. I also was doin NIR DD at that time and could confirm all we discussed. Webber delt with Ribotsky, Dworkin and Cohen and the rest of the cartel. I tried ta warn many here. Hindsight now but look it all up. Cooper and Webber weren't the dicks. Goldenberg and Robins and friends were the perps.
NIR was just a scam lookin to con investors. Noveshen was their pimp boy. Now Princess (noveshen's ex wife)is lookin for facts on rinted the facts? I posted facts. Both here and the NIR board.
