Stock offering for LJPC. Although the PPS is taking a bit of an expected hit this morning, I've got to admit that it's a sound business move to sell 2,550,000 shares at $38/share. This income, if used wisely, would be a huge boon to the company down the line. And, not long ago, shares were selling in the teens. Good move by the company.
