Most legitimate business deals fail to see the light of day. The parties involved often cannot come to an agreement.

Re PMXO management is trying to build a business without selling out there shareholders. It's tough no matter how shiny their little diamond might be. Access to capital, regulation, geo-political climates, significant dislocation in the PM markets, supply constraints...etc etc are all working against these guys
