CVX looks like the most interesting of the four, Westlake says, as it will have an increased share of long lived cash flows to support the 5.6% dividend yield once Gorgon and Wheatstone are on stream; he also likes CVX's "enviable position" in the Permian, some giant discoveries in the Gulf of Mexico and a profitable expansion of Tengiz.
