This has got to move upward. Truth is, company cannot R/S again until February 2016. There is no doubt they need funds to continue operations and they know if they dump into the .0001s it will hit no bid immediately and they will have no ability to raise funds. If they want their funds they need to move this and create some heavy support levels underneath. I wouldn't be surprised to see some big news in the coming weeks that could move this to the .003-.005 range.
