The whole world is in a COSMIC MELTDOWN, and the Global Economy WILL STOP DEAD IN IT'S TRACKS. Distributed Power Generation is the LAST thing on anyone's mind. WHY would anyone think of THAT, when the WHOLE WORLD IS FALLING APART. Who needs it! OIL IS LOW, and so should be the price of CPST ... right down to my 'certain number'.

So then, the Government keeps lowering interest rates to stimulate the economy (Quantitative Easing QE1-3). But pretty soon you are at 0% !!! ... What's next ? ... What do you do now ? ... Oh My God !!! ... The recovery is just not happening like you thought !!! ... And you are TRILLIONS and TRILLIONS and TRILLIONS of DOLLARS in DEBT !!!

Well, what you do is to allow for an oversupply of Oil, and do it quick! And Let The Fracking Begin! This catalyst was a designed mechanism to start a drop in the World price of crude, as other Oil producing nations would then stand firm at maintaining their production levels, as planned in a secret Global Agreement. Therefore reducing the price of gasoline, and all other related products throughout the World.
The obvious thinking was that this would put more cash into the hands of the consumer, and to help stir all economies, in a way that a QE4 could never do for the US-of-A. In fact, this is all just a QE-4-Oil related WORLDWIDE GOVERNMENT PLAN to stimulate the entire GLOBAL ECONOMY, and not just ours. It all boils down to a last resort Global Sacrafice, which centers all around Oil.
Why do you think it all happened so sudden like? Our Government hopes it works well enough that it will actually allow them to compensate by slowely starting to RAISE interest rates, until one day it is consciously perceived that raising rates is actually a GOOD thing. This will then feed more stimilus into the Markets and Economy as interstest rates actually start going up, as opposed to going down.

ISIS may have only been INVENTED as a diversion, while trying to TAKE OVER THE MIDDLE EAST. This Invented Invasion may have helped divert attention from the QE-4-Oil theory. The ISIS plan may also inadvertently help spur growth and help end this WORLDWIDE MELTDOWN, at any cost. ISIS will help supply more cheap Oil to those who are in-turn supporting the current genocide of millions. That's why they are there, to wipe out the Middle East under the guise of some false Muslim faction. To take control and stabilize Oil to $10.00 a barrel, while ultimately wiping all of those cultures out of existence, FOR WOLDWIDE ECONOMIC GROWTH AND REVITALIZATION REASONS ONLY !!! ... maybe. It's a terrible thing.

IN A NUTSHELL
Capstone is NEVER going to sell enough product to EVER come CLOSE to making a profit. Just maybe, every now and then, they MIGHT sell ONE to somebody who needs to replace an old clunker generator. And that's it ! ... So DON'T expet anything else, because it JUST won't happen.
Solar Panels, Wind Farms, Fuel Cells, Tesla, even Wrighspeed . . . They are ALL going away. Who needs new technology when you can have CHEAP OIL!!! The whole world will RESET itself back to the 1940's. CHEAP OIL WILL HELP REBUILD AMERICA AND THE WORLD, TOGETHER !!!
Pot-holes will be filled, roads repaired, bridges fixed, expanded and upgraded power grids, updated schools and colleges, cheaper construction costs will lead to cheaper housing. Everyone will be able to afford a home and be happy and live free. The entire world will all join hands in one big socialistic lovefest.
And then, after some Global Economic Stability is attained, Oil prices will start creeping up
again, as growth demand outpaces supply (of course, this will all be manipulated). This will then cause another resurgence around newer technologies associated with Distributed Power Generation. This will all be in a higher interest rate environment as well. Then we just all sit back and wait for the next GLOBAL DISASTER. This should keep Capstone out of the picture for decades, perhaps even a hundred years. By then Capstone will be run by DJ's great granddaughter, Isabella.
