How do you know? Do you have some proof? It seems like the FED's have no case and most people have sold and what happens when there is no case EVER filed? What happens to all those people who sold their shares at a loss? Too bad for them? As much as people say this is a scam, this whole fraud charge is a sham. Until there is concrete verifiable undeniable proof, I wouldn't sell one dime or one share of this stock. The only thing that has changed is the share price and time.
