She did what she did ---the bitch ---, got away clean, and we take the loss on a speculative stock, or wait for the sale of the shell.

No shareholder here has the cash to pursue a strong and swift court action. The SEC has done nothing. We had some advance notice of the equipment auction, and none of us attended.

Do you even know where she is?

Whether or not the arguments you outline might be what would happen in court, this case won't ever go to court, IMO.

We, the shareholders, are those who watched, and then wondered what happened.
