R/s should be expected on any reverse merger play even with low floaters. I saw a float of 7 million get splitted over the summer and now with no dilution it's back to pre split levels. I mean 40 million o/s is peanuts compared to some companies. If it is a scam coming in just pump it to the billions of o/s before a split. Idk usually means bad news for existing shareholders 99% of the time
