Unfortunately, we have no idea what is going on behind the scenes. What I do know is that while the stock price had negative selling pressure, it did remain above 4 for 30+ days and once that objective was hit, the selling escalated as if it was intentionally done knowing that the 30 days above 4 was already met. There was a reason for the 1-150 split. Management knew it would give them a healthy cushion to meet the requirement but also allow one of their toxic financiers (Dominion?) to get out after the 30 day above 4 trading requirement was met.

Gerald has a bad habit of painting a rosy scenario that he never can actually produce. If he screws up this up-list, he doesn't deserve to be CEO of Amarantus.
