Haahhaha "strategy?" What "strategy?"

They're just a bunch of penny stock scumbags telling whatever lie they think necessary. There is no "strategy" beyond that.

They remind me of The Joker from The Dark Knight: " Do I really look like a guy with a plan? You know what I am? I'm a dog chasing cars. I wouldn't know what to do with one if I caught it! You know, I just... *do* things."

In this case, "things" means "sell endless worthless shares in crap companies."
